SIGEP 2007 RECORD TURNOUT

Very high turnout of visitors at the BAYOGEL & BAYO stand during the SIGEP 2007 exhibition (International showroom of craft ice-cream and confectioner’s shops), which was held in Rimini from 20 to 24 January 2007.

BAIOCCO L.L.C. had a very cosy stand of 100 sqm, where it had the chance to entertain its historic clientele and to acquire new customers.

The ice-cream lab in the stand was masterfully managed by the ice-cream masters WILLY BEZ and GIUSEPPE VIRGILIO who, during the days of the exhibition prepared more than 300 kilos of homemade ice-cream which was given to the enthusiastic visitors.

It was a triumph of cut-out fruit, chips, decorations, colours, chocolate, toppings of every flavour and much more. This was all created by the ice-cream masters in order to please the palate and the aesthetic taste of the numerous visitors.

The official data given by the fair have confirmed the positive growing trend of the number of visitors coming from all over the world.
