For more than 60 years we have worked with
taste!
1946:
The company was founded in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) by the commander Aurelio
Baiocco.
1980:
Transfer to the new and current offices in
Via Rossini 50, always in Sesto San Giovanni.
1990: The BAYOGEL division, which deals with the production of
semi-finished products for the ice-cream shop, was founded.
2000:
The company obtains the Quality system certificate
(so far UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2000 – Vision 2000).
2004:
Cooperation with Slow Food for the maintenance of a facility in the Reserve
of the Mananara-North Biosphere (Madagascar) for the production of Mananara
Vanilla.
2005:
The company obtains the Kosher certificate for most of its products
in collaboration with SIKS.

2006:
We celebrate 60 years of business, success
and non-stop growth.

Since 1946 until now the company has turned from
craft lab to a real industry with a certified quality system and it
is now one of the few flavour companies still producing in Italy (total
Italian ownership, with no foreign holding).
Thanks to the support of new scientific technologies and a constant
and scrupulous attention to every production detail, the company can
always guarantee a high quality standard both of the product and of
the services provided. |
